Session, Deacons and Trustees

Session Organization

In the Presbyterian form of church government, Ruling Elders are elected by the congregation; and they constitute, along with any ministers called by the church, the Session of that church.  At Westminster there are 21 Ruling Elders, divided into three classes, with seven elected each year and elders serving a three-year term.
