MARK YOUR CALENDARS…for the third annual WPC women’s retreat at Graves Mountain Lodge on May 4-6! We are excited to announce that the women of Westminster Presbyterian Church will gather for food, fellowship, and study the first weekend in May. More information will be coming your way soon, but the reservation has been made and plans are underway. The cost of the retreat will be $175.00 and will include two nights of lodging and five meals. No Hammering Required is a one Sunday “class” in which we will get an update on Habitat in C’ville and all the ways – especially those that don’t require building skills – volunteers contribute to that effort to chip away at the affordable housing crisis.
Come to the Library at 9:30 on January 28 either to learn and maybe to sign up to help Westminster host Community Conversations for the families who will move into Harmony Hill on Fifth Street or one of the other volunteer tasks that fit you.
