Worship and Music Long-Range Plan Goals and Objectives

GOAL:

To sustain and enhance the quality of our Worship and Music programs as we share God’s love and work for justice in our community

OBJECTIVES: 

1. Proclaim the Good News in the liberal reformed tradition serving as a progressive Christian witness to Charlottesville, the University, and the larger community.
2. Enhance Westminster's worship experience through diverse musical offerings and programs.
3. Continue to search for ways to engage children and youth in worship.
4. Provide safe and loving care for infant and preschool children as needed during worship and special events. 

Particular short-term priorities/strategies with budgetary implications:

1. Raise the salary scale of the Nursery Director and worker positions. 
2. Replace the choir piano in the next three-five years.
