Stewardship and Budget Long-Range Plan Goals and Objectives

GOAL:

To engage the congregation as we model and teach Christian stewardship, achieve financial stability, and plan for the future

OBJECTIVES: 

1. Gather additional useful (keeping confidential) information on sources and methods of giving.
2. Redefine the budget process—annual, long-range planning, and capital campaigns.
3. Establish ongoing education in stewardship for all members including our children and youth.
4. Celebrate the sense of ownership expressed by the congregation.
5. Continue to work toward giving Benevolences in an amount equal to 25 percent of the annual operating budget.
