Peace and Justice Committee Long-Range Plan Goals and Objectives

GOAL:

To consider and implement ways of working towards peace and justice in the community and in the larger world.

OBJECTIVES: 

1. Work for defeat of the Virginia Marriage Amendment.
2. Explore ways to reconnect Westminster to environmental issues.
3. Work on poverty and other local issues through IMPACT.
4. Encourage Fair Trade and development through the Christmas Fair and Alternative Market.
5. Continue “One Thing” for peace and justice in the newsletter.
