Personnel Long-Range Plan Goals and Objectives

GOAL:

To promote Westminster’s mission by ensuring that the church has a capable and effective staff

OBJECTIVES: 

1. Provide equitable and competitive compensation and benefits to our professional,  office, and other staff members. 
2. Institute a system of communication with and evaluation of staff members. 
3. Rebuild the Manse Fund in coordination with the Trustees and other Divisions.
4.  Review the overall staffing of the church with respect to its mission, current needs, and available resources.
